Windows 7 0x7b ahci free. 0x0000007b Windows 7

A few days ago my dell d latitude laptop with Windows 7 would not respond so I had to do a hard reset. It has not been able to come back up since. It keeps blue screening on me I've tried recovery console, repair, fixmbr, fixboot. I've tried antivirus scanners. To me it looks as though my data may still be there. It shows up as D: now instead of C: and in a Hirens recovery boot mode it says the drive is healthy GB but it no longer says its formated NTFS so I can't get to it to manipulate it in any way.

Anyone have anything else I can do to recover? I just rebuilt this with Windows 7 about 3 months ago. I'd hate to have to do it again.
